How to reply to reconciliation request?
Is it Possible to change the status of a reconciliation that has already been responded?
In accordance with our data security guidelines, the response to the agreement made via Easyrecon.com cannot be changed by any user in any way. If you believe that you have responded to the reconciliation incorrectly, you should contact the company that submitted the reconciliation, and request that they resend the reconciliation. Respond the newly submitted reconciliation request accordingly. Your most recent response will be valid on the system.
How to be Informed About Your Reconciliation Invite
Your invitations will be sent to your address by email. There is a secure link in the incoming email directing you to the direct reconciliation screen. Click on this link to reach an agreement. Also, if you have already agreed to an agreement, you can enter the site using your; *Tax ID Number *Email Address *Password from the user login window, and from there you can check the Incoming Reconciliations >> Awaiting Reply menu to see if there is an answer waiting for your reply.
No Data on Online Statement Field
If the companies that submitted the reconciliation, also uploads the statement details that make up that balance in addition to the balance information, this information appears in the "Online Statement" field. How to View Your Previous Reconciliation Replies
You can only see your past reconciliation answers by logging in to Easyrecon. Click "Log In" on the Home Page. Enter the website by entering Tax ID Number, Email and Password information on the new page. If you do not remember your password, create a new password using the "Forgot Password" link.
