No Data on Online Statement Field

If the companies that submitted the reconciliation, also uploads the statement details that make up that balance in addition to the balance information, this information appears in the "Online Statement" field.

If you do not see any information in the Online Extract panel, it means that the company requesting reconciliation has not uploaded the company's statement information to the system.
